Anchorage Digital seeks CFTC swap dealer registration for crypto options business

Anchorage Digital applied to register as a CFTC swap dealer to offer European-style bitcoin and ether options with maturities up to one year. The National Futures Association is still reviewing the application. Public companies holding bitcoin and ether have been a major growth driver for Anchorage's existing options business.
