Binance Reopens Withdrawals, Says Company Cash Covered 95% Of Hack

Binance restarted bitcoin withdrawals less than three days after a $6.3 billion hack, the largest crypto heist to date attributed to North Korea's TraderTraitor unit. Attackers are actively laundering stolen assets through ether and THORChain; Elliptic estimates they still hold about $3.3 billion including 18,270 BTC.
