Binance resumes withdrawals following $6.3 billion breach

Binance was hacked for $6.3 billion in cryptocurrency and froze all deposits and withdrawals. The exchange has recovered 95% of stolen assets and is resuming withdrawals in phases starting Sunday. Binance said it will cover all losses and not pass them to users; the FBI attributed the breach to North Korean group TraderTraitor.
