Binance Subpoenas Target Kevin O'Leary, Michael Lewis in FTX Row

Binance and former CEO Changpeng Zhao subpoenaed Kevin O'Leary, Michael Lewis, and others in a lawsuit by a recovery trust seeking to claw back $1.76 billion allegedly fraudulently transferred by FTX co-founder Sam Bankman-Fried. The subpoenas target records and information from a former Forbes digital assets research director, O'Leary as an FTX investor, and accounting firm BDO USA PC.
