BlackRock, SBI Holdings, and Startale signed an MOU to explore connecting tokenized money market funds with JPYSC, a yen-denominated stablecoin. The collaboration will examine technology infrastructure, business models, and regulatory frameworks to advance onchain finance in Japan and globally. SBI Holdings previously issued JPYSC as Japan's first trust-type yen-denominated stablecoin, and group companies are developing onchain financial products.
