Centrifuge Expands Digital Transfer Agency Capabilities to Connect the Full Onchain Fund Lifecycle

Centrifuge announced expanded digital transfer agency capabilities and appointed Johnny Reinsch as Head of Transfer Agency. The company, which already holds an SEC-registered transfer agent license, will serve as transfer agent for its $1 billion BVI fund platform, Cayman vaults platform, and its own token-to-equity transaction. The expansion aims to connect fund issuance, ownership, and investor servicing across onchain applications, markets, and AI agents using programmable, digitally-native infrastructure.
