Connecting Morpho Vaults to Morpho Midnight

Morpho Vaults V2 will integrate with Morpho Midnight through a new adapter launching Q4 2026, enabling allocation of the ~$5B currently in Morpho Vaults to fixed-rate Midnight markets. The integration allows vault curators to offer fixed-rate yields, configure utilization targets across both Blue and Midnight markets, and set their own terms rather than accepting market-determined rates. The Midnight Adapter includes protections for vault positions including exposure/maturity limits, selling protections, caps on risk parameters, in-kind redemptions, and amortized valuation.
