Crédit Mutuel Arkéa resumed nearly all operations after a cyberattack where attackers accessed the bank through a service provider and transferred funds to crypto exchanges. Blockchain analysts traced over $133 million in suspicious withdrawals across Kraken, Crypto.com, and OKX before identifying Arkéa as the victim. The bank confirmed the attack, said customer funds were unaffected, and stated some stolen funds have been frozen with recovery efforts underway.
