Crypto.com to shut Hong Kong app in February 2027

Crypto.com will shut down its consumer app for Hong Kong users on February 1, 2027, as part of streamlining operations. The company is still pursuing a virtual asset trading platform license in Hong Kong through Foris DAX HK Limited for its institutional exchange platform. Affected users have been notified and will receive support for account closure and fund withdrawal.
