The Crypto Fear & Greed Index fell to 28 (Fear) on November 6, versus 50 a day earlier and 71 a month earlier; Standard Chartered launched tokenized deposits in Hong Kong and Morgan Stanley began tokenizing U.S. stocks and Treasurys.
