Goldman, BlackRock Alumni Raise $4 Million to Put Farm and Apartment Loans Onchain
Birch Hill, founded by Goldman Sachs and BlackRock alumni, raised $4 million in seed funding led by Multicoin Capital to tokenize U.S. apartment, farm, and energy loans on public blockchains. Birch Hill plans to securitize pools of multifamily, agriculture, and energy loans for onchain holding and met with SEC's Crypto Task Force in August to navigate regulatory framework.
