ImmunoGenesis Announces Two Publications Highlighting the Potential of IMGS-203, a Novel Stimulator of Interferon Genes (STING) Agonist, to Overcome Tumor Immune Resistance and Enhance Antitumor Efficacy in Combination with a Cytotoxic Dual-specific PD-L1/PD-L2 Antibody

ImmunoGenesis announced two publications showing nonclinical evidence that IMGS-203, a STING agonist, can remodel the tumor microenvironment and enhance antitumor activity when combined with the company's PD-L1/PD-L2 antibody. IMGS-203 is planned for clinical development initially in recurrent glioblastoma, where the company is completing IND-enabling studies. The publications demonstrate that STING activation reduces immunosuppressive myeloid cells, enhances T-cell activation, and induces PD-L1/PD-L2 expression in tumor models.
