Introducing SIP-6: Upgrade Sei to MCP Consensus, the Most Critical Component of Giga

SIP-6 proposes upgrading Sei's consensus mechanism to Autobahn, replacing single-proposer design with Multiple Concurrent Proposer (MCP) design across 40 validators. Autobahn aims to increase Sei's throughput to 200,000 transactions per second with 250ms finality, while reducing MEV, censorship risk, and improving trading conditions. The upgrade is the consensus layer component of Giga, Sei's three-layer rebuild plan; execution and storage upgrades (Ares and Eidos) are already live on mainnet.
