Kaia Network Permissionless Migration: Advance Notice

KAIA deposited in the existing Kaia Public Delegation must be migrated to new staking contracts as part of the move to a Permissionless network, which includes a network hard fork. Users must request withdrawal, wait 7 days, withdraw, and re-deposit into the new staking contract; staked KAIA is not moved automatically. Withdrawal requests open 17 November 2026 via the Kaia Portal Migration menu, and withdrawals and re-deposits begin 26 November 2026; CR Mission 1 participants keep their staking contribution recognition if they migrate on schedule.
