Merge builds product and business tools with OpenAI technology

Merge sells products for connecting customer data, giving AI agents secure access to business tools, and routing models with cost controls, plus Merge for Workforce for managing employee access to models and tools. CEO Shensi Ding uses Codex for code review and GPT-6 Astra for testing and marketing, and says the team uses AI for nearly everything. Merge says its tool calls succeed 99.9% of the time versus about 60% for public MCP servers, and reports that executive dinner planning dropped from dozens of hours to about 30 minutes per event.
