Monero Is Ready on THORChain, Bond Yield and SwapKit Rev-Share

v3.21.1 completed the Monero work, but a churn is still needed to generate the new key, which Chad estimates will take at least a week or two. Chad, Kenton and their PR agency suggested holding off on adding real Monero liquidity until the Binance hack news cycle passes, while a few hundred dollars would be used for test trades. SwapKit Rev-Share is returning about 2.2x overall, with smaller trades near 3x and trades above about $100K closer to 2x, and about $52K more in liquidity fees than the pre-Rev-Share baseline.
