Move $WALLET Staking to a New $stkWALLET Contract

Ambire proposes deploying a new standalone $stkWALLET contract to replace the current staking system that relies on the legacy $xWALLET token. The new contract will maintain the same 2% APY, voting power, and fee discounts, but simplify unstaking by eliminating the need to convert back to $xWALLET during the 30-day leave period. Migration will be one-click for existing $stkWALLET and $xWALLET holders once the audited contract launches in coming months; governance vote runs through November 1, 2026.
