Mystery $106 Million Crypto Theft Hits EU Entity Days After Binance Hack

An unnamed EU entity lost over $106 million in USDC and USDT stablecoins from centralized exchange accounts on Sunday, according to onchain investigator ZachXBT. The attacker swapped stolen funds to ETH, used instant exchanges and privacy coin Monero to obscure the theft across multiple blockchains.
