NBA Reaches Deal With Prediction Markets Kalshi and Polymarket

NBA designated Kalshi and Polymarket as preferred prediction market exchanges and will license official data to them. Agreement includes information-sharing with CFTC, limitations on permissible markets, and prohibitions on trading by NBA personnel. NBA also expanded its betting partnership with DraftKings to include prediction markets; similar deals already exist with MLB and NHL.
