🗳️ Node operators: two mimir votes to clear the stuck outbounds and swaps Two separate things are stuck right now and both have a mimir fix that needs your vote. 1. Re-Activate TSS signer filtering Why. Two nodes with a dead bifrost keep getting selected as keysign leader. The leader is fixed per outbound, so every retry fails on the same node and the whole chain lane of that vault freezes. That is where the TRON and ETH outbound backlog comes from. With the mimir at 1 (the September workaround) jailed and banned nodes stay in the signing party. Back at 0, jailed nodes are only used as fallback and banned nodes are never selected, so the two nodes stop being chosen immediately. The jail loop that made us set 1 is fixed in 3.21.0, which all active nodes run. Vote. Operational mimir: the value follows the plurality of standing node votes. 57 nodes still carry a 1 vote from September. If your node voted 1 then, please re-vote 0. make mimir # KEY: DISABLETSSSIGNERFILTERING VALUE: 0 2. Increase max swaps per block Why. The swap queue runs half of the ready swaps per block, ranked by fee, but never more than MAXSWAPSPERBLOCK, which is still the constant 100. With well over 200 ready swaps per block the cap binds and the low-fee half never runs. Those are mostly stable-to-stable streaming swaps split into tiny sub-swaps on the shallow BSC pools; they have no expiry, so they neither fill nor refund. Vote. Economic mimir, needs a 2/3 supermajority (74 votes). We will watch block times after it lands. make mimir # KEY: MAXSWAPSPERBLOCK VALUE: 300 make mimir # KEY: MINSWAPSPERBLOCK VALUE: 200
