NYSE taps Wall Street giant Broadridge to bring shareholder voting onto blockchain rails

NYSE partners with Broadridge Financial Solutions to provide onchain governance and digital transfer agency services for its tokenized stock trading platform. Broadridge will enable shareholder voting through digital wallets and existing platforms, connecting tokenized shares with proxy voting and ownership records. DTCC, Nasdaq, and other Wall Street institutions are also developing blockchain-based securities infrastructure as tokenization moves toward mainstream markets.
