Qodo builds context into AI code review with Codex

Qodo, an AI code review company, built a Codex plugin that gives coding agents organizational context to understand dependencies across multiple repositories and catch P0 bugs. The plugin enables Codex to access codebase rules and review code before developers open pull requests, automating the handoff between coding and review agents. Qodo uses OpenAI models including GPT-6 Astra and plans to leverage the Decisions API to optimize which rules apply at each development stage.
