RUNE rallies 15% as THORChain restarts most swaps after outage

RUNE token rose 15% to $0.64 as THORChain restored trading on 10 of 13 networks after a weekend outage caused by an Ethereum block reorganization. An Ethereum reorg removed a 10 ETH deposit that THORChain had already credited, causing the protocol to issue a refund against funds never received and triggering an automatic pause. BNB Smart Chain, Cosmos Hub, and Solana remain offline; the halt also delayed fund movement from the $6.3 billion Binance hack by North Korean hackers.
