Stablecoins Go Mainstream as Samsung Wallet Adds USDC on Solana

Samsung Wallet now supports buying, holding, and sending USDC stablecoin on Solana for eligible U.S. Galaxy users, reaching approximately 82 million compatible devices. The feature uses Bastion as custodian and Coinbase Prime Vault as sub-custodian; users can transfer USDC to other wallets or bank accounts in 60+ countries with varying fees. Samsung plans to explore stablecoin payments for online and in-store transactions and expand to additional markets.
