Strategy shareholders approved amendments to shift dividend payments on four preferred stocks (STRF, STRC, STRK, STRD) from semi-monthly/quarterly to daily, with 99.3% voting in favor. Daily payments on STRC begin Nov. 2, with the other three following Jan. 4, 2027; annual dividend rates range from 8% to 12%. Competitor Strive raised $630 million for its SATS preferred stock offering a 15% annual dividend rate with daily payments starting Nov. 9.
