USD.AI Leads $106 Million GPU Financing for NexGen Cloud

USD.AI led a $106 million GPU financing facility for NexGen Cloud through its GPU Loan Exchange (GLX), with Silver Point Capital and Victory Park Capital as co-lenders. The four-year facility finances 216 NVIDIA HGX B300 servers (1,728 GPUs total) at a Tier III data center in Finland, fully contracted under a take-or-pay agreement. This is NexGen Cloud's second financing with USD.AI; combined with a $34 million June 2026 facility in Sweden, total financing reaches $140 million across two countries.
