WalletConnect Announces Stellar Network Support and Partnership with Penrose Partners to Bring Walletconnect Pay to Bermuda in Support of the Government's Onchain Economy Vision

WalletConnect announced support for the Stellar network and a partnership with Penrose Partners to bring WalletConnect Pay to Bermuda merchants, supporting the government's plan to become the world's first fully onchain economy. Stellar wallets including LOBSTR, Fireblocks, Utila and Arculus now support WalletConnect integration, reaching 900 million end users across 700+ wallets. Premier Tickets (PTIX), Bermuda's leading event ticketing platform, will be the first merchant to accept digital asset payments through WalletConnect Pay, with payments expected to go live in Q2 2027.
