Zebra Ándale: The Fastest Zebra Yet

Zebra Ándale (v7.1.0-alpha.0) is a performance release for Zcash that is 9.6× faster than Zebra 7.0.0 and 3-4× faster than Zakura at mining tasks. Built from miner feedback at Zcon7, it reduces latency in block template generation, block validation, and network relay by reacting to mempool changes immediately instead of polling every 5 seconds. The release targets miners, mining pools, and node operators with improvements to transaction processing, block acceptance, and peer communication without relaxing validation rules.
